  • Duty to Prevent Sexual Harassment – Online Training

The EHRC Guidance on the new preventative duty to prevent sexual harassment at work states that:

An employer is unlikely to be able to comply with the preventative duty unless they carry out a risk assessment.”

So what is a sexual harassment risk assessment and what steps should employers take to prevent the risks it identifies?

Zoe Lagadec, Founder and Principal Solicitor is pleased to offer an online 1 hour training session covering this and:

      1. What is the legal definition of “sexual harassment”?
      2. What should your sexual harassment policy look like/contain?
      3. What training should you offer your managers/line reports?
      4. What steps should you take to protect your workforce?
      5. What should you do if an allegation of sexual harassment is made?

The training will take place online at a time to suit your business.
